VSCG Spaces is the managed office business of VSCG Distribution Pvt Ltd. We take a floor, design and fit it out around one team, and then operate it — so a growing company gets its own private office without the capex or the vendor management.
What we actually do
Most companies below a few hundred people are stuck choosing between a conventional lease — five to nine years, several crore of fit-out capex, four to six months before anyone sits down — and coworking, which never really feels like yours.
Managed space is the middle. You get a private, branded floor built to your specification, on a term measured in years rather than decades, for a single monthly fee per seat.
We are not brokers
Every space on this site is one we operate ourselves. There is no brokerage, and nothing to gain from steering you toward a listing that does not fit. If we do not have the right floor, we will say so.
Where we are
We currently operate in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and we cluster deliberately — several buildings inside one micro-market — so a team that grows can take more space without changing its commute.
