What we collect and why
Short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form so we can reply to you, and we use Google's advertising tag to tell which of our ads brought you here. We do not sell any of it, and we do not send you marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we store the name, work email, company, phone number, seat requirement and message you provide, along with which listing you were viewing.
We do not run third-party analytics, and beyond the advertising measurement described below we collect nothing about visitors who do not submit the form.
Advertising measurement
We advertise on Google, and pages on this site load Google's advertising tag. It sets cookies that let us see whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to send an enquiry, so we can tell which ads are worth paying for.
It measures ads. It does not read anything you type into the enquiry form, and it is not used to build a profile of you or to send you marketing. Blocking cookies in your browser, or using its private mode, stops it — the site and the enquiry form work exactly the same either way. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation while it is live. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone instead, that conversation sits with those services under their own terms.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in our database and emailed to our sales inbox. The database is hosted with Neon and the site runs on Vercel; both act as processors on our behalf. Nothing is sold or passed to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your record and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email sales@vscgpl.com and we will action it.
