These terms cover this website. They are not your occupancy agreement — taking space with us is governed by a separate signed contract, and that contract prevails over anything written here.
Listings are indicative
Availability, seat counts, areas and rates shown on this site are indicative and change frequently. Photographs show the space at a point in time and may include furniture or fittings that vary. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance — terms are agreed in writing.
Rates
Rates are quoted per seat per month and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Where a listing shows “price on request”, no rate has been published for it yet.
Using this site
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its administrative area, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or reuse our photographs and copy without permission.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, VSCG Distribution Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
